Flowering shoot erect, cylindric or narrowly fusiform, base slightly contracted, become narrowed toward apex above middle, sulcate, green or light green, 1‒20 cm tall, internodes 1‒3 cm long, 0.5‒1 cm in diameter, fleshy, with 2‒6 nodes, current stems enclosed in leaf sheaths, previous year’s naked stems golden yellow or light green . Foliage leaves 2‒7, distichous, spreading, slightly recurved, papery, mid-vien grooved above and ribbed below, glabrous on both sides, yellowish-green, green or dull green above, light green or pale green beneath, oblong, elliptic-lanceolate or linear-oblong, apex unequally bi-lobed, each lobe obtuse, 2.2‒7 cm long, 0.5‒1 cm wide, base dilated into sheaths, glabrous on both sides. Inflorescences raceme 1‒12, subterminal or arising from upper part of current year’s leafy stem, suberect or nodding, 1.5‒7 cm, not exceeding leaves, with few to more than 5 small flowers; peduncle and rachis glabrous, light green or yellowish-green, peduncle 0.5‒2 cm long, rachis 0.3‒5 cm long, covered with bracts; floral bracts slightly concave, glabrous on both sides, yellowish-green or golden yellow, lanceolate to ovate-lanceolate, apex acute, base truncate, 1-veined, 1 mm long, 2‒3 mm wide, margin entire, abaxial surface distingtly keeled. Flower papery, resupinate, waxy and polished, strongly fragrant, long-lasting,  0.8‒1.3 cm in diameter. Sepals spreading, often recurved distally, margin entire or sometimes slightly undulate, abaxial surface distingtly keeled; dorsal sepal lanceolate, apex acuminate, base truncate, mid-vein grooved above, 6‒8 mm long, 2‒4 mm wide, 3-veined, lateral veins hardly visible; lateral sepals obliquely triangular-lanceolate, apex acuminate, base obliquely truncate, 3‒ to 4-viened, hardly visible, 5‒7 mm long, 3‒4 mm wide at base. Mentum narrowly conical, apex obtuse, straight or incurved distally, 3‒5 mm long, 1.5-1.7 mm in diameter. Petals recurved, obovate-lanceolate, gently reduced at base, apex acuminate, base truncate, margin entire, sometime slightly undulate at upper half, 3-veined, hardly visible, 6‒7 mm long, 1.7‒2 mm wide. Labellum recurved, suborbicular, 5‒5.5 mm long, 4.8‒5 mm wide across side lobes, inconspicuously 3-lobed; claw linear, margin entire, side lobes shallowly triangular, apex acute, margin serrate, vesicular on both sides, 1‒3 mm long, 1‒1.5 mm in diameter; disc waxy, midlobe crispate, suborbicular, apex acute, margin cristate-corrugate, 2‒2.7 mm long, 3‒3.5 mm in diameter, on inner surface with distinctly smooth 1-keeled, continuing from base to middle disc, apex triangular, 2‒2.2 mm long, 1‒1.5 mm wide, tip much thickened and fleshy, Column shorter than foot, 2‒3 mm long, 1.7‒2 mm wide; foot concave cymbiform, broad at middle, waxy, 2-obtusely caninated, 3‒5 mm long, 1.5‒1.8 mm wide at middle; stigmatic cavity circular or ovate, stelidia triangular, connective narrowly triangular, anther cap subglobose or widely obovate, surface verrucose, adaxial side sulcate, apex emarginated, basal margin minutely ciliate, 1‒1.1 mm long, 1 wide; pollinia 4, in 2 pairs, each pollinium narrowly elliptic, 0.7‒0.8 mm long, 0.2‒0.3 mm wide, without caudicle and visidium. Ovary (including pedicel) narrowly clavate, curved, glabrous, somewhat waxy with 6-grooved, 3‒4 cm long. Capsule dehiscent, green or dull green, globose-ellipsoid with 3 obtuse keels, apex with persistant dried perianth, 0.8‒1.4 cm long, 5‒8 mm wide
